Some of the thermal electrical power plant was destroyed by the tsunami.

Tokyo area is lacking electric power.

The Tokyo area now divided into five groups, which compensates for the electrical power to make a planned outage.

 

 

 

I could imagine the lack of electricity after the earthquake.

So I bought a kerosene heater used even without electricity after an earthquake.
