The leaked water is in a high density polluted by the radiation and overflows on the outside. 

Volumes of water have collected in all places in the building of the nuclear power plant.

They originate a large amount of radiation. 

The person cannot go there any longer.

Processing is not in time though Tokyo Electric Power Company is carrying this heavily polluted water to the pool of another building. 

 

However, heavily polluted water that overflows and came out flows to the sea naturally and has come out. 

It is the worst situation. 

Fishes around the nuclear power plant have been polluted by the radioactive substance. 

After all, anything is not made except putting water in the nuclear reactor and cooling it.
